Billing and payment processing
All charges are processed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices displayed at checkout include applicable taxes (VAT, GST) based on your billing address. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT), and wire transfer (for purchases over $5,000). Crypto payments are converted at the current market rate and confirmed after 3 network confirmations. Failed payments due to insufficient funds or expired cards will trigger an email reminder and a 72-hour grace period before account suspension. Recurring subscriptions (if applicable) auto-renew unless canceled 48 hours before the billing date.
Refund policy and eligibility
Challenge fees are refundable within 14 days if you haven't started trading (zero orders placed). Once trading begins, fees are non-refundable except in cases of platform error (incorrect tier purchased, technical failure preventing access). Promotional or discounted challenges have a 7-day refund window and may exclude certain features. If you pass a challenge, the original fee is refunded on your first payout. Refund requests must be submitted via the support portal with order ID and reason. Processing takes 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method—crypto refunds are converted to USD at the current rate.
Chargebacks and disputes
Filing a chargeback without contacting support is considered fraudulent and triggers immediate account suspension. If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, submit a dispute ticket first—we resolve 90% of issues within 24 hours. Unauthorized chargebacks void all challenge progress, forfeit unrealized profits, and may result in permanent ban. If a chargeback is upheld by your bank, we reserve the right to send the debt to collections and report the incident to fraud databases. Legitimate disputes (billing errors, duplicate charges) are refunded promptly with a formal apology and account credit.
Promotional codes and discounts
Promo codes are single-use, time-bound, and non-transferable. Codes expire on the date shown at checkout and cannot be extended. Some codes are tier-specific (e.g., only valid for Starter accounts) or limited to first-time users. Stacking multiple promo codes is prohibited unless explicitly allowed. If a code doesn't work, check the expiration date and eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to revoke codes that are exploited (automated bulk redemption, resold on third-party sites). Abusing promo codes results in account review and forfeiture of discounts. Legitimate code issues (technical errors, expired prematurely) are resolved with a replacement code or account credit.
Subscription and cancellation
If you purchase a subscription (e.g., monthly platform access, premium signals), it auto-renews until canceled. You can cancel anytime via account settings—cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. Downgrading mid-cycle (e.g., Pro to Starter) applies the new rate at the next renewal. Upgrading mid-cycle charges the prorated difference immediately and resets the billing date. Subscriptions paused for account violations or fraud review do not receive refunds or billing credits. If we discontinue a subscription tier, you'll be grandfathered at the old rate or offered a comparable alternative.
